TP need to explain to its customers why there have been extended periods of down time recently (27 Dec and 4 Jan) with the message "Bad Gateway. The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server."

It would be courteous to warn its customers of any planned maintenance downtime periods.

Yes, I've been getting that a bit lately! Very annoying - I posted a msg on Facebook regarding this, and got no response - I have no idea if this is a problem at my end, or the site itself

We are sorry about this. Recently we have had some downtime due to technical and capacity issues. We have made some changes that will remedy this.
